Look at the whole face
A conversation about cheeks is also a conversation about facial balance. The aim may be to address selected volume loss or explore a change in contour. Your underlying anatomy, existing filler and personal preference help shape the discussion. A treatment plan should not begin with a predetermined number of syringes.
Volume is not the same as a facelift
Dermal filler may be considered for appropriate volume or contour concerns. It does not replace surgery, remove excess skin or guarantee lifting. Ask what is realistic for your face and whether another approach—or no procedure—would be more appropriate.
Understand the options
Chelsea’s menu includes RHA dermal filler and Radiesse filler / biostimulator, each at $650 per syringe. These are different product families. Discuss the specific formulation, intended area, expected duration and what can be done if you are unhappy with the result.
Plan beyond the appointment
Recovery and results vary. Discuss swelling, bruising, less common serious risks, follow-up and the provider’s complication plan. Do not massage treated areas or apply homemade products unless your treating provider instructs you to do so. Chelsea now sees clients inside Saint Rose in Montrose; call or text for a personal assessment.
